Gourmet Burgers

Chef Jacques has added a new Gourmet Burger Menu to Lunch at Château du Lac. Elk, Wild Boar, Kobe Beef, Bison-Buffalo, Veal or a combination can be ground to order and topped with sautéed mushrooms and/or onions, swiss, cheddar or bleu cheese, house made pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on grilled ciabatta. All Gourmet Burgers are served with Chef’s famous pommes frites. Bon Appétit!
